Emma takes you on a journey through the world of Pilates.
Training
The week offers 3 sessions per day including themed classes in Pilates & Reformer, Aerial Pilates, BodyBalance ™, Stretching and Relaxing. Classes are suitable for beginners and advanced learners and will focus on tuning, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance. By the end of the week, your whole body is more flexible, stronger, more controlled, and you feel like you can handle anything!
Emma Gibbins
Has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years, as a personal trainer, group instructor and Pilates & Yoga instructor. She has a diploma in Sports Therapy, which gives her a deeper knowledge of anatomy that she can apply in all her classes. She has been with Club for many years and during that time she has taught thousands of classes from Stretch & Stretch to BodyCombat ™, Yoga to Zumba®, Pilates to Step and much more.
